Do you offer payment plans?
Due to the quick turnaround time for my projects, payment plans are not available. However, we can discuss delaying the final delivery date to accommodate a more comfortable payment schedule for you.
Can I make changes to the design?
Yes, changes are included with the purchase of your branding. I provide one round of revisions for minor edits at no extra cost. Additional revisions are priced at $50 each. For major design changes, the starting rate is $250.
What if I want to add more assets to my branding?
If you require any specific collateral assets I will provide you with an estimate for your add-ons. Please keep in mind that incorporating these additions will extend the project timeline, resulting in a slightly longer turnaround.
What happens with the design if I don’t purchase it?
I will retain 100% ownership of the design and will live on my website as a Pre-Made Brand for other businesses to purchase. Please note that the design will remain as a Pre-Made Brand with your business name on it.
What is the turnaround time for the brand design?
After you submit your application, I'll notify you within 5 business days whether your brief has been selected or not. Once selected, the turnaround time is 1 week. I'll open a window for project submissions every month (depending on availability).
When is payment due?
Full payment is required at the end of the presentation to claim ownership or request changes. If no payment is made on the day of the presentation, the brand identity will be made available for sale to other businesses as a Pre-Made Brand.
